The Opportunity

Rodan + Fields is seeking a Manager of Treasury who will oversee the organization's treasury function, ensuring effective cash management, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires significant expertise in managing relationships with lenders and vendors to optimize financing and procurement processes, to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations. Office location will be based in San Ramon, CA. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and oversee the company's treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and investment activities.
  • Analyze cash inflows and outflows to identify trends and variances from forecasts.
  • Implement processes and systems for more accurate cash flow forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for financing and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Analyze financing options and recommend strategies to optimize capital structure and funding.
  • Prepare and present on cash management, liquidity status, and treasury activities to senior management.
  • Compile and prepare detailed reports on cash flow and liquidity positions for lenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed upon financial covenants.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics and ratios required by lenders, ensuring that all reporting meets specified timelines and formats outlined in loan agreements.
  • Address requests for additional information from lenders or vendors promptly, providing clarification and insights into cash management practices and future financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align treasury operations with organizational goals and financial objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform treasury strategies and risk management initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.  MBA or relevant certification (CMA, CTP) is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in treasure management, with a strong focus on short term liquidity, lender and vendor relations, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, cash management practices, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Salary Range: $87,200 to $140,000 

 

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, to geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Rodan + Fields’ total compensation package for employees. Below is a list of benefit and compensation opportunities available for this position.
